Valentine Scrapling

These may be small but they sure are cute and fun to make. I cut the base card 1 1/2" x 8" so the folded card is 4" tall.

The mini tag is Quickutz, the Scallop circle is the Stampin' Up punch and the doily heart stamp is my own design. The sentiment on the tag is hand written. I used Riding Hood Red ink from Stampin' Up to stamp the heart and sponge the edges of the tag and scallop circle.
